Dr. Manav Wadhawan is an eminent Gastroenterologist who has been a pioneer in the evolution of HBIg free regimens in HBV related Liver Transplants and has innovated multiple techniques to negotiate difficult biliary strictures in this setting. His speciality interest is in Hepatology including Transplant Hepatology, complicated and difficult ERCPS.

Dr. Wadhawan was previously associated with some of the leading medical institutes in the country including All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AllMS). Fortis Escorts Hospital, New Delhi and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital (SGRH), Delhi to name a few. He has also been instrumental in establishing a very successful Transplant program in Indraprastha Apollo Hospital. At present, he is the Director of Gastroenterology Department at BLK-Max Institute for Digestive & Liver Diseases.

With more than 50 publications in indexed journals, including 5 book chapters, Dr. Wadhawan has a very impressive record in research and publications. He also has to his credit numerous high impact publications on post-transplant ERCPS
