Dr. N.K. Ganesh Prasad is one of the most sought after and highly skilled Nephrologist in Chennai. He was keen to join the field of medicine ever since he dissected his first frog in his 8th grade. He has done his DNB - Nephrology from Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Science, Puttaparthy in 2002, DNB - General Medicine from DNB board, New Delhi in 1996, MBBS from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Belgaum in 1991. For his contribution in the medical field, he has received Awards of Recognition for various presentations in Indian and International Nephrology Conference, Best Doctor Award TNMC Awards. Dr. Ganesh has presented papers at from UCLA on CKD MBD – Los Angeles, and has a few publications to his credit in Indexed Journals. He is an honorable member of Indian Society of Nephrology (ISN), International Society of Nephrology (ISN), American Society of Nephrology, Nephrology association of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry and Indian Society of Peritoneal Dialysis. Dr. Ganesh Prasad has worked around the world and can converse well in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and English. When he is not working Dr. Ganesh enjoys playing shuttle and scuba diving.
